Responsibilities:
1. Managing diaries, schedules and appointments for senior managers
2. Booking travel arrangements and organising meetings and events
3. Handling correspondence, phone calls and emails on behalf of senior managers
4. Preparing reports, presentations and documents
5. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff members
6. Supervising and training administrative staff
7. Ordering office supplies and equipment
8. Maintaining office policies and procedures
9. Ensuring health and safety and security standards are met
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a PA/Office Manager or a similar role
2. Proficient in MS Office and other software applications
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
5. Attention to detail and accuracy
6. Discretion and confidentiality
