Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address any areas of concern within the family Safeguarding Children: Quickly identify any safeguarding issues related to children and take necessary actions to protect them. Ensure that the child's welfare and safety are prioritized in all decisions and actions Risk Management: Identify potential risks to children's safety and well-being, and implement strategies to reduce or mitigate those risks What do you need? To be successful in the application process, candidates will need to have: Front Line Social Work Experience Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in an English Local Authority, specifically in the children and families' sector. Background in duty and assessment is essential. Must have comprehensive experience in court work and care proceedings, including private law, from start to finish. Role Specifics: Candidates with recent experience in Looked After, Fostering, or Disabled Children roles will not be considered. The most recent role must be in the children and family's area.
