What the Job Involves In your role as a Social Worker with the Family Support and Protection team in North Monmouthshire County, you will engage actively with children, young people, and their families. Your core duties will involve completing assessments, formulating outcome-focused plans, and managing cases with high statutory intervention, including Child Protection and adoption processes. Working closely with multi-agency partners, you will develop strategies to reduce risk and vulnerability, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people.
