Are you looking to join Renault Group as the Expertise and Investigation Manager, supporting our dealer network and customers with complex issues to enhance product quality and elevate the brand experience?
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist the dealer network with resolution of all technical enquiries, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements. You will monitor, manage and respond to all potential and actual expertise cases, including those from customers, dealers, experts and local authorities. Your role will involve managing cases from start to finish, including technical examinations of vehicles and incident scenes.
A key aspect of the role will be to oversee Techline activities, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and meeting Quality health check criteria to deliver the best experience for dealers and customers. You will also be responsible for creating expertise reports that present Renault’s technical position and managing expertise files on SharePoint in accordance with Corporate Expertise functionality.
You will monitor the approval process for high-cost component replacements and follow up on outstanding technical cases to ensure 100% resolution. Additionally, you will collaborate with Repair Quality, Expertise and Incidentology areas, and take on Subject Matter Expert roles related to specific automotive areas and new products.
Success in this role will be measured by Quality Health Check results, correct closure of expertise files within 60 days and Techline cases resolved in under 5 days.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, presentation, analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to prioritise based on business needs. You must be self-motivated, flexible and organised, make decisions based on facts and effectively manage conflicting demands. Automotive technical experience and dealer experience are essential.
