HR Business Partner, Christian Charity, London, c£36,000 DOE (negotiable)
Wonderful opportunity exists at this London based Christian charity for a Practicing Evangelical Christian with a mature faith to join their Human Resources team as a HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, the successful candidate will help to provide an effective and proactive operational human resource service and contribute to the delivery of strategic objectives and take ownership of a variety of ad-hoc projects.
You will also manage and mentor an HR Officer and your duties include:
1. Interviewing candidates for mission
2. HR process review
3. Day-to-day operational HR issues
You will have a demonstrable track record over a number of years in generalist human resource management and ideally professional qualifications (CIPD) including relevant post qualification experience. Highly IT literate, you are comfortable using HR software and the MS Office suite of applications and are proficient in HR Policy development and implementation. In addition, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong Christian Faith as it is an Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 that the post holder will be a practicing evangelical Christian.
