Key Responsibilities:
1. First Line Technical Support: Provide initial product support to customers and engineers, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through basic problem-solving processes.
2. Store Coordination: Oversee the management of our stores, ensuring that incoming orders are accurately processed and that outgoing orders are correctly picked, packed, and ready for collection.
3. Customer Service: Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience.
