You will complete thorough, child-focused and ongoing assessments which recognise strengths, vulnerabilities as well as attitude to change You will analyse plans regularly to ensure the support provided is making a difference to reduce risk and adjust the plan accordingly You will use the law, regulatory and statutory guidance to inform practice You will build relationships with the child, young person, family or carers to decide the best way to keep them safe You will communicate clearly and sensitively with children and families/carers You will have an understanding and knowledge of child development milestones, and how they can impacted on by trauma You will have a clear and empathic understanding of how the above issues impact on the parent-child relationship Is this role for you?
