As a Transformation Lead, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our company’s transformation goals within the PLM Transformation & Excellence team. Working closely with the VP and Head of Digital Transformation, you will coordinate and drive daily operations in the PLM team.
You will also, from time to time, work on strategic initiatives such as GenAI and Process Excellence.

What you’ll do at Elekta
As the Transformation Lead, your responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
1. Planning and Execution
2. Facilitate PLM strategic and operational goal-setting using OKR methodology.
3. Drive execution rhythm through PI Planning, Senior Management Reviews, and Weekly Huddles.
4. Collaborate with the core PLM team to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
1. Leadership Support
2. Support the VP in business agenda management and leadership meetings.
3. Manage the PLM budget.
4. Work with Head of PLM team on employee engagement and satisfaction of the PLM team.
5. Develop and execute a communication strategy for impactful messaging to stakeholders.
6. Create data-driven presentations to tell compelling stories.
7. Lead internal communications, including town halls and employee programs.
1. Special Projects e.g. Generative AI (GenAI), Process Excellence
2. Support the adoption and implementation of GenAI across the organization.
3. Support process excellence across the product teams and whole organization.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities with a focus on execution and result-driven capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Expertise in managing complex projects and driving them to successful completion.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
What you bring
A science/technology-related bachelor's degree or management degree.
5+ years’ experience in corporate or 2+ years’ experience in business consulting.
Experience working for a medical device or product-based company or software development preferred.
