Lead Fertility Nurse – Homerton Fertility Centre
Are you ready to inspire and lead? The Women’s Health Service is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Fertility Nurse to join the Homerton Fertility Centre and lead the development of our Fertility Nursing Team.
About the Role
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:
• Collaborate with consultants, managers, and directors to enhance our service.
• Lead and support the fertility nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Play a vital role in shaping the future of fertility services. This full-time role offers flexible working (Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays), with on-call duties to meet the needs of this specialist service.
About You
We’re looking for a motivated leader with:
• Experience in fertility or gynaecology nursing (preferably NHS).
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

• Provide direct line management and supervision to the nursing team.
• In partnership with the head of nursing and operational manager, responsible for service development within the nursing team and delivery of service KPIs.
• Provide direct clinical nursing care and support including undertaking an extended nursing
role.
• Responsible for ensuring all activity data is completed and sent to the HFEA via electronic IDEAS system; within regulatory timescales.
