Week One: Thursday, Saturday & Sunday: 8am - 2pm
Week Two: Wednesday & Saturday: 8am - 2pm
Week Three: Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday: 8am - 2pm
Week Four: Wednesday & Sunday: 8am - 2pm
Access to vehicle required due to geographical location of role.

Job Description
What you’ll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
The client is a 64 year old male who has a spinal cord injury, you will be managing his medication administration; assisting him with appointments, providing catheter care and bowel management with his personal care and light domestic duties. He lives in a very welcoming and supportive home with his family, where they have adapted their family home to cater for his needs.
Qualifications
What you’ll need
Experience in working with spinal injuries, bowel management & catheter care would be advantageous.
