Prison Pathways Coordinator - Full Time, Permanent
Location: The successful candidate will be splitting their time between two of our probation sites, Lordship Land and Lands Downe road.
Note: This role requires both Police and Prison Vetting.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our newly established Criminal Justice Team within a friendly wider team of Humankind and NHS Recovery Coordinators at The Grove, Haringey. Our aim is to develop new and strengthen our existing Criminal Justice pathways into drug and alcohol treatment for people affected by homelessness, mental health, domestic violence, and experience of the Criminal Justice system.
Duties of the Prison Pathways Coordinator include but are not limited to:
* Monitoring and tracking client journey between prison and community.
* Managing communications and data, e.g., preparing performance reports.
* Large involvement with 3rd party clients including commissioners, stakeholders, and the HM Prison service.
* Using internal applications as well as full Microsoft packages.
We are looking for someone who has knowledge and understanding of the criminal justice sector as well as an understanding of substance misuse.
