Job summary Job Title: Experienced Part-Time Receptionist (Maternity Cover) Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced, hard-working individual to join our practice as a part-time receptionist on a maternity cover basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to warmly welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, and assist in navigating patient inquiries. In addition, you will provide essential office support across various administrative tasks. Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly, professional attitude. Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and offering assistance as needed. Provide general office support, including scheduling, filing, and handling patient inquiries. Maintain an organized and efficient office environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Flexibility to cover occasional staff absences, including holidays and sickness.
