Purpose of role:
At Collinson International Ltd (CIL), the largest operating company within the Collinson Group, we have a powerful vision: To be a strategic partner to the leading payment networks, issuers and travel companies. Driving customer engagement and incremental value through the world's most valued travel ecosystem.
As part of this, we are establishing a new Transformation team and require a Change Lead to support in the delivery of key initiatives. The Change Lead role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and execution of change management strategies across Collinson’s programmes. The key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and overseeing the delivery of effective change management efforts across programme and business teams as initiatives move through the stages of scoping, design, execution, and closure.
2. Monitoring change impact within the programme and driving change management activities, while proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
3. Engaging and communicating with key stakeholders to raise awareness and understanding of upcoming changes within the workstream.
4. Driving the adoption of standardised change management methodologies and tools to ensure consistency and best practices across the programme.
5. Actively contributing to a Change community of practice, fostering the sharing of insights, lessons learned, and continuous improvement of Collinson’s change management capabilities.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Change Impact & Approach – Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the change rationale, objectives and target adoption.
2. Change Journey – Provide a single view of the transformation delivery roadmap for the programme.
3. Stakeholder Engagement – Identify and map key stakeholders, assigning relationships and agreeing engagement approach.
4. Transformation Champion - Act as a champion for transformation in the programme, advocating for the transformation approach and processes.
5. Communication & Training – Support Communications Leads in articulating benefits, rationale and impact of change initiatives.
6. Change Leadership – Provide coaching and support to leaders and project change managers to better navigate change within the programme.
7. Community – Contribute towards the wider change management capability at Collinson, sharing updates, ideas, methods, practice and approaches.
8. Risk and Issue Management – Identify, document and mitigate key change management risks for initiatives in the programme.
9. Adoption and evaluation – Use agreed target adoption metrics to lead assessment of adoption and usage.
10. Programme Leadership Change – Support or lead the planning & delivery of programme leadership development sessions.
Experience, Skills & Requirements:
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in change management, project management, or organizational development roles.
* Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
* Expert knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
* Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives.
* Experience in managing end-to-end change processes.
