Elrha is a global organisation that finds solutions to complex humanitarian problems through research and innovation. We are seeking an Impact and Value Manager to lead a groundbreaking initiative on Value for Money in Humanitarian Innovation.
As part of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) team, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping an approach to Value for Money that aligns with the unique challenges of humanitarian contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an impact tracking approach that captures the value and effectiveness of humanitarian innovation.
* Provide analytical insight using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
* Communicate complex ideas with clarity, adapting messaging for diverse audiences.
* Contribute to humanitarian innovation, programming, and MEAL processes.
Requirements:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
* Understanding of humanitarian practice.
* Experience in humanitarian innovation, programming, or MEAL is an advantage.
Additional Information:
* This is a remote position, but access to office spaces in London, Cardiff, Edinburgh, and Manchester is available.
* The role offers flexible working patterns.
