We're excited to grow and enhance our portfolio of products in the Monarch Water and Calmag ranges! Our focus continues to be on the Point of Entry (POE) and Food Service product lines, ensuring the specification is retained for order.
In this role, you'll be actively engaging with both our current accounts and new customers to expand our product ranges within a defined region. You'll have a strong emphasis on securing End Client POE and food service product specifications. Plus, you'll be working closely with M&E, FM, maintenance, fit-out contractors, and specialised distribution channels such as catering and key merchant customers. A major part of your focus will be on identifying and overcoming competitive specifications.
Requirements
1. Obtain and retain to order, specifications of the product ranges defined
2. Deliver product presentations and CPD to specifier stakeholders
3. Develop and organically grow direct and in-direct business with key installers and larger M&E contractors
4. Effectively gather and provide feedback on new and emerging technology and opportunities for business growth, attending trade shows and intercompany events as required
5. Work with Monarch Water and Calmag internal sales colleagues to establish and grow specification sales within the company's new and existing accounts
6. Be commercially aware and focused on delivering the company's targets for new and existing business as defined by your prescribed company targets
7. Develop sales strategies to secure new business against competitors
8. Follow up on sales leads within 24 hours of issue and follow up on quotations in a timely manner, providing feedback on won or lost opportunities
9. Provide periodic reports on sales activities, identifying opportunities, challenges, and planning sales activities to ensure adequate market coverage
10. Update and maintain accurate customer account records using the defined company IT systems
Key Experience Required
1. Proven track record in a similar product and sales role
2. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
3. Able to take ownership and deliver exceptional results and customer service
4. Confident in making decisions with the customer at the heart of them
5. Computer literate in Microsoft products
6. CRM skills in providing customer feedback
