Housing Management CoordinatorLocation: Chard Hours: 22.5 hours Salary: £14.43 PAYE Contract: Temp to perm available Unlock your potential and join the dynamic team in Chard! We're seeking a talented Supported Housing/Housing Management professional to take on a temporary role that will challenge and inspire you. As a key member of this housing management team, you will have the opportunity to support a caseload through the homeless pathways, based within a 3-bed shared property with semi-independent flats in the community within a mile radius.You will be responsible for:
* Move in assessments
* Housing Support
* Income maximisation
* Collaborative support planning
* Building compliance (H&S, Fire, Water, etc.)

Preferred Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
* Strong organizational and time management abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to address any challenges that arise
* Experience in housing management or a related field, with a deep understanding of the sector
