Enforce health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Support harvesting supervisors during peak periods. Report KPI figures in monthly meetings. Continuously improve processes and drive operational efficiency. Oversee the growing team and ensure efficient crop production. Required Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in crop production, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Ability to analyse and optimize growing conditions.
