Job Description:
Harry at Amber Mace is looking for dedicated Registered Manager to lead a self-efficient Care Home services in Gillingham. This would be the perfect opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager looking to step up into their first Registered Manager role, or a Registered Manager looking for a more relaxed environment.
Qualifications:
1. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Experience:
1. Proven experience working with Mental Health and Learning Disability service users.
Management Skills:
1. Strong background in Deputy Management with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Regulatory Knowledge:
1. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Supported Living services.
2. Ensure the delivery of person-centered care that meets the individual needs of service users.
3. Maintain compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
4. Lead, manage, and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
5. Develop and implement effective care plans and risk assessments.
6. Engage with service users, families, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
1. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
2. Significant experience in a similar role, specifically within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
3. Strong leadership skills with prior Deputy Management experience.
4. Comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations.
