We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Retail Area Manager to motivate our retail teams and volunteers You will be joining a friendly and enthusiastic team who are passionate about what they do. Working in conjunction with the Senior Retail Manager and Head of Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing operational compliance, conducting regular audits, and driving profitability across multiple sites. This is a hybrid role, primarily based at our Warehouse in Oxford, with frequent travel (3-4 days per week) required to our Shops across the geographical areas we serve. Pay range for this role is £31,994 - £39,852 per annum, plus company car with a mileage allowance.
