Consultant to Senior Manager

I'm working with a rapidly growing, boutique, financial services consultancy, who are looking to build their risk, regulatory and compliance team. They have a really impressive culture, and have fantastic opportunities for progression, development and proposition leadership.
The team:
The team partner with leading financial institutions, to design and deliver business critical risk & regulatory initiatives across their businesses. They have a deep specialism in the Wealth & Asset Management sector, as well as clients across retail, commercial and investment banking, and insurance too.
Their work is hugely varied, from Financial Crime and Consumer Duty, through to Operational Resilience, Risk, ESG and Transaction Reporting regulation change.
The role:
This role is an opportunity to take a leading role in a rapidly growing capability - they are building their risk, regulation and compliance practice across the FS industry.
Candidates will have had experience leading the scoping and delivery of some of the following projects in financial services:
* Financial Crime
* Transaction Reporting regulations
* Consumer Duty
* DORA / Operational Resilience
* Broad risk & regulatory change experience
* Broad change & transformation initiatives
My client has specific interested in candidates who are flexible to work across a number of project types, as well as those who are ambitious, entreprenuerial and hungry to develop.
The role will cover these key areas:
* Complex transformation management - engage with exec leaders of FS businesses, and their teams, to deliver complex regulatory change solutions.
* Support internal initiatives - like bids and proposals, client management, learning and development, and DEI programmes.
The logistics:
My client offers a salary of £40,000 to £100,000, dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role is Central London based, with WFH flexibility. If this ticks the boxes for you please apply.
