The Role Based in our Milton Keynes office, this role provides a vital payment review service for the Operating Entity and the Group, alongside general administrative support to the Finance team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of compliance and service. What You’ll Be Doing We work as a team to ensure financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will: Review and process account payments in line with established procedures. Resolve payment and account queries promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across company systems. Support general administrative tasks, including document production, filing, and scanning. Supervise and report on business unit issues to support decision-making. Assist with projects and contribute to process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and financial controls. Respond to internal and external client requests, maintaining a high standard of service. Who We’re Looking For We value attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach. Is self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Has competent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Is a natural problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot financial queries.
