The Role:
* As our Bar Manager you'll be responsible for managing bar operations
* Ensuring that you and your team are trained in product knowledge and exceptional guest service
* Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager
* Manage and maintain bar operations
* Engage, recruit, manage, train, and develop the Bar team
* Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
* Accountable for monthly stock takes
* Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
* Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
* Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
* Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
* Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
