Responsibilities The Role The CMMS Maintenance Engineer will ensure the CMMS is configured & deployed to optimise the management and administration of key processes, applying the required workflows and a consistency of application in accordance with both the asset and company’s operating policies and principles. Technically competent in own discipline and actively maintain own competence according to standards and pursue continuous professional development. Provide delivery support to the business Knowledge of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives and industry technology developments and promote to direct reports. Provide discipline input to scope definition and execution. Support and manage the change in the CMMS System Promote standardised work management and reporting systems Drive and promote the use of the CMMS whilst trying to minimise its cost of ownership. Work with 3rd party support contracts & site teams Participate in audits & incident investigations as required. Represent Operations EMEA discipline in the contract. Actively maintaining own competence and continuous development. Qualifications What makes you remarkable? Expected: Technical Degree/HNC in Engineering or equivalent industry experience Proven hands-on experience in CMMS management/ maintenance Excellent oral and written communication skills Best practice in asset management through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Diligent and dependable in consistent application of established process Professional demeanour with appropriate interpersonal skills Good written communication [technical report writing] Intermediate to advanced MS Access skills, consolidated with detailed knowledge of SQL, Oracle (or a programming language) IT Literate (Excel / Word
