* Demonstrated experience in a deputy nurse manager role within a care home setting
* Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in mental health nursing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resident and staff interactions
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions in a fast-paced care home environment
