Job description
Richard Greener Estate Agents are market leaders in the high-quality estate agency world in Northampton and the surrounding villages, having been established as a family-run business for over 30 years.
Requirements:
MUST have previous estate agency or conveyancing experience, with a full understanding of the legal process in the sale of residential properties.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required
2. Progress property sales and liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, estate agents, surveyors, and mortgage lenders
3. Manage and maintain a pipeline of property sales
4. Maintain a database whilst ensuring all notes and updates are logged onto the company Alto CRM system and communicated to relevant parties
5. We are searching for an enthusiastic individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
1. Excellent people skills and the ability to build a rapport with potential buyers/clients
2. Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Ability to work well under pressure
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
7. A proactive and self-motivated work ethic
8. Knowledge of the local area
