About the Teaching Assistant Role:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll be working in a Reception class, supporting young learners in their early education journey. You'll help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment, working closely with teachers to support children's development.

What We're Looking For:
1. Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
2. Passion for working with young children

4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
5. Experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant (preferred but not essential)
