Description
· Achieve sales targets and meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
· Analyse the market to develop an effective territory or account sales strategy; present this strategy to management for approval.
· Maximise sales by introducing, presenting, and demonstrating products, as well as through contract negotiation and closing.
· Manage product mix, pricing, and margins in alignment with company objectives.
· Utilise CRM systems and customer contact tools to maintain up-to-date customer and prospect information.
· Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing relevant reports and insights.
· Record, analyse, and report data in compliance with company systems and requirements.
· Attend and present at customer and internal meetings to support business development.
