Here at No7 Beauty Company we are looking for a passionate individual to join our brilliant Regulatory team as a Technical Administrator, full time 37.5 hours based out of our Nottingham Support Office.

About the role
The Technical Administrator provides crucial support to the Product Integrity department composed of five functions: sustainability, safety, quality, claims and regulatory. You will ensure our costs are managed appropriately and all our technical documentations are processed in line with agreed deadlines.
Responsibilities
* Budget facilitation: Creates and facilitates purchase orders for the Product Integrity department, working with the leadership team and ensuring clear budget governance and on time delivery of costs.
* Documentation approval: Ensures all documentations are submitted appropriately on our sustainability, quality and regulatory portals as well as maintain technical information on our internal systems.
* Communication facilitation: Responsible to review and maintain the team’s e-mail inboxes, facilitating regulatory portals updates and artwork release, delivering on time and prioritised activities.
What you’ll need to have
* At least 5 years’ experience working in an administrative role
* Experience managing and prioritising a varied workload
* Adopt a pragmatic, logical and enthusiastic approach to problem solving
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT skill and management of office tools in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and adaptability
* Ability to work well on own and as part of a team
It would be great if you also have
* Preferably technical experience; extensive experience preferred
