As a Call Centre Agent at MCS, you will beworking in a professional, busy and rewarding team-based environment and will need to be at ease speaking to our customers to discuss options that help them address their financial situation. What youll be doing in your day: Talking to lots of customers on inbound and outboundcalls, using a dialler system and providing exceptional customer service Negotiating payments with customers in a quality controlled environment to deliver targets focused on good outcomes for the customer and our business Striving to achieve team and personal targets including call productivity, call quality and collections by converting customers from non-paying to paying Confidently handling calls where you will supportall types of customers, including vulnerable, to deliver solutionswithcare and empathy To be successful in this role and to gain best outcomes, you will be required to use a range of skills, particularly your ability to listen and question in order to understand a customers individual circumstances and to agree the best course of action. This is a rewarding role, but not an easy one. Youll be required to handle challenging calls ensuring you explore the customers circumstances thoroughly, so youll need the following: Be a good verbal communicator An ability to listen, question and problem solve Want to achieve targets and personal goals in a busy environment Be confident, empathetic and resilient Your Package: Salary starts from £25,903 per annum with the opportunity to advance regularly based on performance. A performance related bonus, which is paid monthly, with a typical agent earning over £300 a month Hybrid working once competent, you can expect to transition into Hybrid Working to allow for a better work/life balance 31 days holiday(pro rata)- including all bank holidays and the opportunity to take an additional five days unpaid holiday each year. Training and Shifts: Youll spend the first five weeks in office for training Monday-Friday.
