Your New Company A real estate firm based in North Manchester with an established team of property managers and building surveyors. You will be working alongside a team of 3 property managers looking after properties across the NW and North Wales. The company as a whole is 18 people strong and looking to add to the property management team. Based in North Manchester the office is easily commutable on public transport but the role also comes with a parking space. Your new role In this role you will be managing a mixed portfolio of blocks of flats, apartments and houses, liaising regularly with landlords and tenants. On daily basis you will be involved in property inspections, fire alarms and emergency lighting testing, assisting in preparation of budgets, liaising with suppliers and arranging work to be carried out. What You'll Need To Succeed You will have at least 12 months experience in residential property management/ block management. If you are an organised individual with great communication skills and customer service, we would love to hear from you. This role will require you to travel across for property inspections on regular basis, you will need to have a full DL and a car. What's in it for you?
