Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service to UK and international customers
2. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
3. Address customer concerns and find effective solutions, logging complaints accordingly
4. Process quotations and purchase orders
5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Liaise with hauliers and logistics teams to arrange and query deliveries
7. Stay informed about product details and updates to provide accurate information to customers
Customer Service Advisor Experience:
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
9. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
10. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
11. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
12. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
