Role Overview:
Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Denton, Tameside. Key Responsibilities:
* Teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4: Deliver engaging lessons that cover the English curriculum, helping students to develop their skills in reading, writing, comprehension, and analysis.

* Classroom Environment: Cultivate an inclusive and respectful classroom atmosphere where students are encouraged to engage in discussions, ask questions, and develop critical thinking skills.
* Resource Management: Use various teaching resources to enhance lesson delivery, including literature texts, digital tools, and interactive activities to make lessons accessible and engaging.
* Parental Communication: Keep parents and guardians informed about student progress, addressing any concerns and collaborating on strategies to support learning outside the classroom.

Ideal Candidate:
* Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a related field.
* Experience: Prior experience teaching English at the secondary level, with a solid understanding of Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum requirements.
