Quantity Surveyor – South Devon
I am working with a regional contractor specialising in delivering quality design and construction services across multiple sectors.
My client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a permanent basis to work on schemes across the Devon region.
You will be site based, reporting to a Commercial Manager and overseeing all financial responsibilities for the site.
Suitable candidates:
* Must have a proven background as a Quantity Surveyor working on general construction schemes value circa £10million.
* Must have experience producing cost plans, producing commercial reports and Valuations / CRV.
* Must be IT literate
Offering a competitive salary, car allowance, private healthcare, the role will be site based so a full UK driving license will be required.
