Role: Restaurant General Manager (RGM)

As an RGM, you'll operate your restaurant with autonomy, focusing on four key areas: People, Customers, Sales, and Profit. You'll foster a culture of excellence, coaching a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive business growth. When challenges arise, you'll support your team actively. Your responsibilities include:
1. Leading daily operations, including food prep, inventory, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
2. Developing managerial skills such as scheduling, team coordination, and communication.
3. Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
4. Collaborating with colleagues to uphold high standards and our brand reputation.
5. Embracing continuous learning, taking feedback constructively, and applying it to improve.
