A well-established, highly reputable printing company is looking for someone to manage the operation of finishing equipment, particularly folding machines, maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety at all times.
We are looking for flexible team players, able to manage work in accordance with deadlines and manage changing priorities. You must be open-minded and adaptable, and quick to learn new techniques.
The successful candidates will be expected to ensure the correct job is on the machine; to monitor and maintain quality of work produced; and make adjustments to maintain quality and output. This therefore requires someone with a wealth of finishing experience, able to apply their knowledge and skills to each task in hand.
You will be expected to keep the machine area in good order – in a safe and tidy condition, and carry out stock checks on machine parts and re-order when necessary, therefore we are looking for organised individuals who take pride in their working environment.
