A large international organisation is seeking a Concierge to provide excellent customer service and be first of contact for customers. The Concierge will ideally have worked as a concierge but will need to have a strong customer service background. In addition, the Concierge will have excellent teamwork, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver all concierge services required for the properties within your allocated section, this could include supporting vulnerable adults
Own customer communication within the buildings, keeping customers informed on any issues as required
Being the face of the team, and the first point of contact for customers
Build trust with the customers, capturing important feedback
Work with suppliers to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard
Do Building Inspections, ensuring safety and security at all times
Proactively manage the gardens, and work with the Garden Landscape team
Work with the wider Operations and Company teams contributing to sustainability and people positive goals
Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Essential:
Have strong customer service experience and ideally worked in a concierge type role
Managed customer expectations and with excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Have basic understanding of maintenance tasks
Work as part of a team to deliver customer requirements
Be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
Salary: £35,000
