Product Manager The Opportunity: Within this role as a Product Manager for a leading software house, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of innovative technology solutions that transform people’s lives. As the driving force behind their product strategy, you’ll identify market opportunities, define compelling product visions and align cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You’ll lead with purpose, managing and inspiring a talented team of Product Owners to prioritize features, refine user stories and keep product backlogs sharp and actionable. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in product management, preferably within the software development arena. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, user feedback and data to inform product decisions. Strategic thinking including an understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape and business strategy, able to align product features with long-term goals. Define and maintain a strong product vision aligned with business goals. Understand market trends, customer needs and strategic directions. Manage the medium and long term view of the roadmap Effective communication skills and able to clearly convey product vision, requirements, and priorities and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptable and flexible - able to respond to changing requirements and market dynamics and embrace feedback and iterate on the product. Proficiency in various delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum or Kanban). Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to ensure project milestones are met. Ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions quickly and effectively. Understanding of software development processes and technologies. Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) – Desirable. Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or ITIL – Desirable.
