About the role
Key Responsibilities:
4. Responsible for the day to day running of the dealership
5. Reporting to the Operations Director.
6. You will drive performance in all departments to achieve manufacturer and business related targets.
7. You will be responsible for maximising the profitability of the dealership while still achieving customer service and retention objectives.

8. A thorough knowledge of all areas of a franchised motor retailer with a proven track record at a managerial level;
9. Excellent leadership skills;
10. The ability to effectively communicate at all levels;
11. Business and financial acumen;
12. Planning and organisational skills;
13. A flexible and adaptable approach;
14. A full UK driving licence.
Working Hours,Days,Salary:
15. Monday to Friday
16. Weekend Availability
17. £35,000 (expected £55,000 OTE)
