We’re hiring for a Commercial Gas Contract Manager to lead and manage gas maintenance and servicing contracts within the social housing sector. Gas Contract Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of gas servicing, maintenance, and installation contracts across multiple social housing portfolios. Manage client relationships, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded. Lead, support, and develop engineering teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with Gas Safe regulations. Conduct regular audits and performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor budgets, profitability, and resource planning to ensure commercial success. Act as the key point of contact for all contract-related queries and escalations. Gas Contract Manager Requirements: Proven experience in managing gas contracts within the social housing sector. Commercial Gas Tickets Strong technical knowledge of commercial and domestic gas systems. Excellent people management and client-facing skills. Sound understanding of health & safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements (Gas Safe, HSE, etc.). Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
