The Best Connection are recruiting a Project Coordinator on behalf of our client and will be based in their Billingham offices.
They are a dynamic and growing company and are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join their team and lead a variety of exciting projects from conception to completion.
The Role:
* As a Project Coordinator, you will take ownership of key projects, ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
* You will work with various departments to achieve success.
* Effective communication skills are essential to the role to ensure resources are managed to meet project goals.
Responsibilities will include:
* Project planning, execution, monitoring and closure activities
* Develop detailed project plans
* Communicate with all associated stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks and outcomes
* Proactively identify and mitigate any risks and resolving any issues that arise
* Ensure client expectations are met
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all information relating to individual projects is kept up to date
The Candidate:
* Will possess previous project experience, ideally within the manufacturing sector
* Have a strong understanding of project management methodologies (eg Agile, Waterfall)
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Have the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
* Will possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Desirable:
* PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certificates
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Hours of Work & Benefits
* Monday to Friday
* 08.45am - 17.00pm Monday to Thursday
* 09.00am - 16.00pm Friday
