Summary We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed Team manager in our Complex Care Recovery Service for adults with Complex Mental Health needs in Caerphilly. Our Care team provides registered care services throughout South Wales at dozens of locations and for a wide range of customers. Tŷ Anwen is a residential mental health service in Caerphilly. We provide person centred support within the recovery framework. Support is available for up to 16 individuals with serious and enduring mental illness and complex needs which may include support with self harm. The team at Tŷ Anwen work to a recovery model of care and offer support that provides effective therapeutic boundaries. They provide clearly identified outcomes, thereby working towards recovery and facilitating independence. What will you do? You will lead, manage and develop a team to provide outstanding support services to some truly incredible individuals. Providing a responsive, high quality and customer focused service to the individuals and their families is integral to the role. You will be responsible for the quality and organisation of the services, the workforce, and of the partnerships necessary to deliver them. This is an exciting opportunity to join our services in a time of transformation to a new model of service delivery. Based around the concept of a Psychologically Informed Environment, the Pobl pioneering HEARTS model of service delivery is being rolled out within the service. The new Team Manager will be able to positively influence the model and the environment in which it is delivered. Who are we looking for? Experience of working in Adult Social Care Experience of managing, supporting and developing a team of employees A strong track record in developing staff teams and individuals Knowledge of key policies, procedures, systems and legislation that influences the provision of Adult Social Care Knowledge of the Care Inspectorate Wales QCF 5 - NVQ Level 4 or working towards achieving You will need a full driving licence and use of a car for work.
