Job Title: Warehouse Administrator (with MHE Licenses)

Pay: £11.44 - £12.00 per hour (dependent on experience and licenses held)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Administrator with a valid MHE (Material Handling Equipment) license to join our team in Corby. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse while utilizing your MHE skills (PPT, Counterbalance, and Flexi/Bendi) to assist with the movement of stock when required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who also holds the relevant MHE licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform administrative tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
2. Use MHE (PPT, Counterbalance, and Flexi/Bendi) to assist with stock movements, loading, and unloading when required.
3. Input and maintain accurate data in the warehouse management system (WMS).
4. Assist with inventory control and stock rotation to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
5. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
6. Generate and maintain reports on stock levels, deliveries, and dispatches.
7. Ensure all relevant documentation for shipments and deliveries is accurately completed.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
9. Support warehouse staff with other general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a warehouse administrative role, preferably within a logistics or distribution environment.
2. Valid MHE licenses (PPT, Counterbalance, and Flexi/Bendi).
3. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or warehouse management systems (WMS).
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Pay: £11.44 - £12.00 per hour, depending on experience and MHE licenses held.
