We are seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will be:

This role requires the successful candidate to work flexibly across the two main leisure facilities Castle Leisure Centre and Ramsbottom Pool and Fitness Centre (with a brand-new state of the art hub coming on board in 2026) and assist with improvements across the whole service as we pivot to wellness.
Hours of work are on 25.5 on a rota basis and will include evening and weekend hours, 11.5 hours to cover shifts as required on an annualized basis, rota included in the application pack.
You will join a management team who play a crucial role in adherence to high operational standards supporting our customers through their leisure choices, ensuring a safe environment exists for all stakeholders.
It is essential that you are passionate about Health and Wellbeing, have fantastic people skills and a strong commercial focus.
