Location: Cambridge
Salary: £29,400 - £33,600
Travel Requirements: Frequent visits to learners in nurseries and schools around Cambridge, with remote work on non-travel days.

About the Role
As an Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor, you’ll be the cornerstone of our learners' success. With an initial caseload of 35 learners (rising to 45 post-probation), you’ll provide on-site and remote support, guiding apprentices in their roles as:
* Early Years Practitioner (Level 2)
* Playworker (Level 2)
* Early Years Educator (Level 2)
* Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
* Early Years Lead Practitioner
From conducting skills assessments to creating customized training plans, you’ll deliver high-quality, standards-compliant training to help each learner reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess and Guide: Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback through our ePortfolio system.
* Personalized Training Plans: Design tailored training plans that address individual learning needs.
* On-the-Job Observations: Perform workplace assessments to support learners’ real-world skills development.
* Compliance and Quality: Ensure all training meets the standards expected by awarding bodies.
Qualifications and Experience
* A recognized Assessor’s qualification.
* A qualification in Early Years.
* Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
* Access to a car for travel.
