IT Support Analyst - London, Up to £150pd Inside IR35
Oliver James' industry leading client is looking for a strong IT Support Analyst to join their fast-paced team and be the first point of contact for software & hardware issues. This will focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, configuring and upgrading systems, working on helpdesk tickets, working on laptop and hardware builds and offering a strong user/customer experience.
Key Skills Required:
* Strong experience within 1st / 2nd Line support - Windows, Office365, MAC
* Experience with TCP/IP connectivity issues (e.g. LAN / WAN / VPN )
* Exposure to SCCM / Intune / DCHP / DNS
The role is 4-5 days per week onsite in London, so please only apply if this is something you're able to do.
