Location: Oakcroft House, Oakcroft Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6JG
Salary: Up to £55,342 depending on experience.
Contract: Permanent - 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Occasional night visits or weekend work may be required.
Shift Pattern: 12 hours on the floor, 8am – 8pm, 30 hours supernumerary.

You’ll help us make health happen by:
1. Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
2. Creating and updating individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records.
3. Ensuring adequate staffing is always maintained within the home.
4. Providing day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting our residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
5. Building lasting relationships with the residents and their families, fostering a sense of community.
6. Creating and developing strong relationships with local partners to raise the care home’s profile in the local area and beyond.
Key Skills and Qualifications Required:
1. Valid UK NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct & professional development.
2. Understanding of the impact of quality nursing care on residents’ lives, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
3. Staying up to date with tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
4. Ability to build relationships, lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
5. Excellent at prioritising tasks and working efficiently as a compassionate team player.
