Commercial Administrator Role
Based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• Monthly accurate provision reporting to be issued to Commercial Manager for Finance Team.
• Monthly invoices raised and published to clients and to Finance Team
• Approve subcontractor invoices for payment and return to Finance Team to process
• Ensure compliance to agreed Contractual obligations with client, and agreeing any Variations for scope change
• Checking accuracy of timesheets for quoted works
• Assisting with any 6-monthly reviews with Commercial Manager on Sales Forecasting based on future work
• Pricing of out of scope works / PPM / Reactive jobs
• Cost Control of labour, material and plant usage on project tasks – identify and mitigate risk, flagging any issues to Commercial Manager
• Any other commercial ad-hoc tasks as required within their ability
Ideal candidate
• Must have experience with MS Excel and some formula knowledge
• Experience with invoicing
• Good communication skills
• Confident in working on own initiative
• Good team player
• Proficient in time management
