Summary of Responsibilities
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring project success by managing multiple construction projects with an annual volume of $2M - $3M. This position is responsible for maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be an experienced construction professional who can effectively lead teams while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Essential Functions
* Lead and supervise construction teams including carpenters and subcontractors
* Manage multiple projects while maintaining budget and schedule goals
* Conduct regular site visits and team meetings to ensure quality standards
* Maintain daily customer communication and manage BuilderTrend portal
* Prepare production schedules and coordinate material deliveries
* Manage permit processes and ensure code compliance
* Monitor project quality and safety standards
* Review and approve change orders and subcontractor billings
* Ensure pristine job site conditions and cleanliness
* Collect progress payments and manage the project completion process
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
* High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
* Proven experience in construction project management
* Strong customer service background
* Proficiency in construction management software (BuilderTrend)
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
Compensation
* $30-$40/hour plus vehicle maintenance and mileage reimbursement
* Full-time position (40+ hours/week)
* Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible)
* Evening/weekend availability as needed
