Sales Administrator - £28,000 Maghera We are working with a local NI wholesaler of power tools and abrasives who are now seeking a Sales Administrator to join them in office Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 5:30pm) Friday (8:30am - 5pm) The role: Build and manage client relationships via inbound telephone calls and emails. Filing paperwork e.g. Purchase orders etc. Chasing up on orders from suppliers. Ensuring customer satisfaction when dealing with stakeholder queries. Provide sales reports to senior management. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What we need from you: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally from the power tools/abrasives industry. Strong communication skills and ability to be first point of contact for customers. Excellent communication skills with a customer focused approach. Competent with Microsoft Office platforms.
