Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Team Co-Ordinator to provide essential administrative support to our Business Psychology consultancy team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating projects, maintaining quality control, and supporting client management efforts. This role will involve working closely with the Business Psychology team to ensure smooth delivery of services and enhance team productivity.
Working Pattern: This is a part-time role, offering up to 22.5 hours per week. We are flexible with how and when these hours are worked, though there may be occasions where specific times are required to meet team needs. We are happy to accommodate requests for hybrid working once the new hire has completed our 3-month onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Assist with managing Business Psychology projects from inception to completion.
Create project documentation, including Statements of Works, Supplier Forms and Project Plans.
Attend project meetings and ensure tasks and deadlines are tracked.
Quality Control:
Support the team in reviewing and proofreading materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist with the development and implementation of quality control processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables.
Client Support:
Attend client meetings, providing follow-up support through emails and note-taking.
Help manage client relationships by assisting with correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
Event Coordination:
Schedule and organise events, workshops, and training sessions for clients.
Ensure smooth coordination and planning of logistics to meet client expectations.
Skills and experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and quality control.
Familiarity with project management techniques such as creating project plans and/or statements of work
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in a similar role supporting a team
